Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This policy describes permitted and prohibited use of the Sarghy AI Autopublisher website, user accounts, the public license validation API, and the Sarghy AI Publisher PRO WordPress plugin.
1. Permitted use
You may use the services for legitimate purposes: purchasing and managing a license, support, documentation, and WordPress automation in accordance with your purchased plan and the Terms and Conditions.
2. Prohibited use
You may not: gain unauthorized access to systems or data; distribute malware; send spam or abusive automated requests; aggressively scrape or attempt denial-of-service attacks against the website or API; use the services for unlawful content, violent extremism, harassment, or copyright infringement; share accounts or licenses in a way that violates your plan; impersonate others or forge request origins.
3. Licensing API
The public validation endpoint must be used only by the official plugin, in a reasonable manner, to activate your license on your domain. Attempts to bulk-harvest data, brute-force keys, or evade rate limits may result in blocking and license suspension.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend access, terminate a license, or pursue legal remedies if you violate this policy or the Terms and Conditions. Material decisions may be communicated to the email associated with your account.
