End User License Agreement (EULA)

Last updated: May 11, 2026Sarghy Design Solutions SRL

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your right to use the Sarghy AI Publisher PRO WordPress plugin, together with any associated online licensing and account services provided through the Sarghy AI Autopublisher website, as applicable.

1. Acceptance and plugin version

By installing, activating, or using the plugin, you confirm that you have read and agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin. The plugin version is shown in the WordPress admin and in the main plugin file.

2. License grant

Subject to a valid purchased license and your plan's domain limits, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the plugin on the WordPress site for which the license is active. No rights to source code are granted beyond the limited right to use the software under this EULA and the GPL license terms that may apply to certain portions as stated in the plugin files.

3. Restrictions

You may not: resell the license without agreement; share license keys in a way that violates your plan; attempt to bypass license validation; reverse engineer to circumvent protections or clone functionality into competing products; use the plugin for unlawful activity or to infringe third-party rights.

4. Online services and data

License validation may require sending your license key and domain host to our servers, along with minimal technical data (e.g. IP address) for security and abuse prevention. Further details are described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Updates and termination

We may provide plugin updates. The license ends automatically when the subscription ends in accordance with your plan, or immediately if you materially breach this EULA. After termination, you must stop using features that require an active license.

6. Disclaimer and limitation

The plugin is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any specific SEO or commercial outcome. Our total liability to you is limited to the license fees you paid in the preceding 12 months, or zero if applicable law does not permit such limitation.
