Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and access to Sarghy AI Autopublisher digital products are handled.
Digital products and software services
Sarghy AI Autopublisher is a digital/software product delivered electronically. Once the license is activated, the account is accessed, the plugin is downloaded, or the service is used, digital delivery is considered started.
1. Subscription cancellation
You may request cancellation for future billing cycles. Cancellation stops renewal, but does not automatically remove access already paid for during the current period, unless required by law or by an internal support decision.
2. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually. We may approve a refund when payment was made by mistake, the service was not activated, the license was not used, or there is a major technical issue that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
3. Cases where a refund may be refused
A refund may be refused if the license was activated and used, the plugin was downloaded and used, the access period was substantially consumed, or the request is abusive, repetitive, or contrary to the terms of use.
4. How to submit a request
For cancellation or refund requests, use the support page and include the email address used for purchase, the plan, the last characters of the license, and the reason for the request. We normally respond within 2-5 business days.
5. Legal rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law. If there is a conflict, mandatory consumer rights and applicable legal rules prevail.
