Sarghy AI Autopublisher PRO user manual

PRO is the autopilot for Sarghy AI Autopublisher: it brings its own topics from your feeds, keeps the editorial calendar full, and publishes day after day without you. Here is how to set it up and run it.

1. Requirements and installation

  • PRO requires the free Sarghy AI Autopublisher base plugin installed and active. PRO does not run on its own: the base plugin is the engine that writes, and PRO keeps it running.
  • Install like any WordPress plugin: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → activate, then enter your PRO license key.
  • PRO uses the same OpenAI credentials as the base plugin: no second account, no extra usage fees added by PRO.

2. Connecting your sources

  • In the Feed Sources Manager, add the RSS, Atom, or JSON feeds you want PRO to draw topics from.
  • Each source gets its own settings: target category, language, pull interval, and maximum items per pull.
  • Feeds that only ship excerpts work too — PRO retrieves the full source article automatically, so the AI engine always has a complete body to rewrite.

3. Scheduling: windows and caps

  • You choose the publishing windows (the hours when articles may go live) and a per-day cap — the site publishes at a natural rhythm and never floods.
  • PRO prepares the drafts; the base plugin processes and publishes them with everything you already know: full article, cover image, SEO, duplicate protection.
  • Set the direction once; afterwards the cycle runs day after day without you at the keyboard.

4. Keywords and Topic Clusters

  • Set your target keywords once — the Keyword Density Planner tracks them across recent posts and warns you when density drifts out of range.
  • Group your sources into Topic Clusters and see at a glance which topics are under-served, on target, or over-served — so coverage follows your strategy, not chance.

5. The PRO Dashboard

  • Last-24-hours activity: what was pulled, prepared, and published.
  • Active feeds with the time of the next pull, the topic frequency overview, and your license status — all in one screen.

6. Subscription and updates

  • PRO is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly. While it is active you get all PRO features and every update. Cancel any time: the site keeps the free base plugin and simply loses the PRO add-on. The plans are on the product page.
  • Updates arrive in WordPress like for any plugin: an update notice appears on the Plugins page while your PRO subscription is active.

7. Troubleshooting

  • A feed brings no articles — open the feed URL in your browser to confirm it loads and actually lists recent items.
  • Articles stay as drafts: PRO prepares drafts and the base plugin publishes them, so check the base plugin's settings too (OpenAI key, license, publishing frequency).
  • Anything else: write to support — answers within one business day.
